摘要:焦甜类香料用于卷烟和新型烟草制品中,能够显著提高烟气的焦甜香特征,提高卷烟内在质量、增加烟草天然清甜、明显改善卷烟吸。并使新型烟草制品产生更加近似卷烟烟气的香气特征,满足追求卷烟感官特点的新型烟草制品消费者需求。因此,本课题主要研究焦甜类香料在卷烟加料加香中的应用,根据对实验给定的空白烟的评析结果,选择合适香型的加料香精和表香香精,并添加适量的焦甜类香料,经过反复评吸和修改配方来改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的卷烟样品烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气较轻、余干净舒适,整体烟香协调。最后,总结焦甜类香料对卷烟香气及觉的影响,并评价焦甜类香料在卷烟加料加香中的应用效果。48226

Study on Application of burnt sweet perfume in perfuming cigarette feeding

Abstract: burnt sweet perfume for cigarette and new tobacco products, can significantly improve the good characteristics of flue gas, can significantly improve the burnt sweet perfume characteristics of flue gas, which can improve the inherent quality of cigarette, increase the natural sweet taste of tobacco, and obviously improve the flavor of cigarette.And make the new tobacco products produced more approximate characteristic aroma components of cigarette smoke, meet the pursuit of cigarette sensory characteristics of new tobacco products to consumer demand. Therefore, application of this topic main focus is sweet spices in cigarette flavoring and casing, according to blank smoke on the given experimental evaluation results, choice appropriate flavor feeding flavors and table flavor and add appropriate amount of coke sweet spices, after repeated assessment ceiling and modified formulations to improve cigarette taste and aroma, the perfuming, feeding sample cigarette soft smoke taste, to stimulate small, less mixed gas, the finish is clean and comfortable, overall smoke incense coordination. In the end, the effect of the aroma and taste of the cigarette was summarized, and the effect of the application of the flavor and fragrance in the cigarette was evaluated.
