摘要红外制导武器的不断发展使得与之对抗的红外诱饵不仅需要在1-3μm 和3-5μm具有强红外辐射特征,还要拓展到8-14μm波段,在此形势下,本文依据红外制导、红外干扰及红外辐射的相关理论,采用了添加红外活性物质来提高宽波段红外诱饵剂辐射性能的技术途径。
依据宽波段红外辐射药剂性能要求,对红外诱饵剂配方进行了设计与试验研究,提出了组分设计原则,通过大量试验筛选出了药剂基础配方。利用Flir SC7000测量了药剂的燃烧温度以及燃烧时间,并对OPAG33傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的仪器响应函数进行了测定,研究其随温度变化的规律,然后,结合该仪器对诱饵剂燃烧产物400-4000nm光谱辐射亮度进行了测试试验,优化出诱饵剂最佳配方。同时研究了添加剂种类及含量对红外光谱辐射亮度的影响规律。8619

Title Pharmacy and radiation regularity of wide-band infrared decoy
Abstract
The continuous development of the infrared guidance system makes that not only1-3μm and 3-5μm infrared decoys are necessary ,but also 8-15μm infrared decoys are impotant. In this situation, based on these related theories such as infrared guidance, infrared interference and infrared radiation, proposed the feasible way of the research, which added several infrared active additives into infrared decoys.
According to the performance requirements of the wide-band infrared radiation pharmacy,this article carried on the designed and the experimental studies to the prescriptions of the infrared decoy, proposed the design principle of the components, screened the initial prescription through the massive experiments. Surveyed the combustion temperature and combustion time of the powder using Flir SC7000;second, determined the Instrument Response Function of OPAG33 Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, studied it along with the temperature change rule.Then, with the 400~4000nm spectral radiant luminance testing experiment, optimized the best allocated proportion of the powder. It studied the impact of the type and content of the additive of the powder to the spectral radiant luminance.
