摘要：教师流失一直受到社会各界的关注，不合理的教师流失制约着民办幼儿园的发展，同时也给幼儿带来了伤害，我以开封县M幼儿园为例，运用问卷调查法，访谈法对全园教师进行调查，调查中发现民办园存在的一些问题严重的影响到了幼儿园的发展，其中教师流失严重则是影响幼儿园发展最突出的问题。所以针对这一问题的现状进行调查分析，发现民办园教师流失的原因，在此基础上提出相应的对策，以确保教师队伍的稳定性。20933

一、 民办幼儿园教师流失的概述
目前教师流失问题已经成为了社会关注的焦点。那么何为教师流失，也是家长迫切需要了解的问题。教师的流失可分为外部流失和内部流失两种情况，外部流失是指幼儿教师在整个社会职业体系中各职业间的流动，即幼儿教师放弃原来的教师职业，脱离幼教工作，选择其他职业；内部流失是指幼儿教师在教育机构内部的流动，即幼儿教师从一所幼儿园调到另一所幼儿园。[1]。合理的教师流失，主要指“在一定的范围内教师资源的最优配置，使其人尽其用，才尽其用。”[2]。合理的教师流动有利于促进教师个人和教育事业的共同发展师合理的流失，不合理的教师流失无疑是给个人、幼儿园、甚至整个教育事业带来一系列消极的影响。
二、 民办幼儿园教师流失现状调查
为了对民办幼儿园教师流失的现状进行调查，我到开封县M幼儿园进行实地考察，对幼儿园内教师发放了20份问卷调查，收回了20份问卷调查，同时对幼儿园内管理者进行访谈，得到了很多珍贵的资料，并对这些资料进行整理分析。
（一） 民办幼儿园教师流失的频率
