摘要：绘画活动中教师的示范行为还存在着诸多的问题。鉴于此，笔者在文中通过访谈法和观察法，针对周口市S幼儿园里大班幼儿绘画活动中教师的示范过程，进行了详细的观察和记录，并查阅相关文献，收集大量的幼儿绘画作品，来分析大班幼儿绘画活动中教师的示范存在的以下问题：抹杀幼儿的绘画想象，易养成复制性儿童；示范的方式单一，使幼儿习惯于一种风格；教师示范缺乏示范经验，存在不正确的示范教学程序和方法；示范过程中难以照顾到幼儿个别差异，并提出了相对应的建议：教师示范要留有余地，启发式示范；教师示范方式要丰富多样，体现民族文化；教师示范要控制时间、把握示范时机；示范过程中因材施教，要尊重幼儿的个体差异。以期对教师的示范作用有一个全面的认识，从而为教师如何更好的组织绘画活动提供一些参考。37628
