幼儿园教师对幼儿个体差异的关注度研究

教师在探索促进幼儿个体发展的过程中存在着诸多问题,教师对幼儿个体差异的理解水平、教师对幼儿的情感倾向、教师的专业水平等方面对幼儿个体发展的影响都是值得去探究的内容

摘要随着教育观念的进步,教师对幼儿个体差异的关注日趋明显。从幼儿园就关注幼儿的个体发展,对幼儿一生的发展有着极为重要的影响。教师在探索促进幼儿个体发展的过程中存在着诸多问题,教师对幼儿个体差异的理解水平、教师对幼儿的情感倾向、教师的专业水平等方面对幼儿个体发展的影响都是值得去探究的内容。为有效改善教师关注幼儿个体差异现状,促进幼儿个体发展,对现状中存在的不足进行系统分析有利于提出可行的解决策略。幼儿是稚嫩的个体,了解幼儿的发展需求,尊重幼儿的成长进程,让每个幼儿感受到教师对自己的喜爱,提升教师自身的专业能力,是每一位教师都应努力达成的目标。41447

Study on Teachers' attention to Students’ Inpidual Difference in kindergarten
Abstract
With the development of the ideas of education,the teacher's attention to the inpidual differences of children is becoming more and more obvious.From kindergarten began to pay attention to children' s inpidual development, has a very important effect on the development of children' s life. Teachers in the process of exploring to promote inpidual development exists many problems,teachers' level of understanding of children' s inpidual differences,teachers' emotional tendency towards children and professional level of teachers and so on are worth to explore the content. In order to effectively improve the status of teachers’ attention to inpidual differences of children, so as to promote children' s inpidual development, it is beneficial to make a systematic analysis to the defects of present situation puts forward feasible solving strategy.Children are tender inpiduals,to understand young children' s development needs, respect for children' s growth process, let each child feel teachers love, improve teachers' professional ability, is each teacher should strive to achieve the goals.
