摘要少数民族大学生到内地大学求学时，在特殊的文化特征和思维方式下，表现出了文化差异和潜在冲突，产生了文化适应困境。本次调查以少数民族大学生文化适应困境为研究主题，运用调查问卷分析和个案访谈等方法，从饮食、语言、宗教信仰、人际关系四个角度来分析少数民族大学生的文化适应困境，并提出相应的对策建议，希望能为高校学生工作、少数民族自身发展、汉族同学和少数民族大学生关系等方面提出对策建议，促进民族团结和共同发展。41943

Acculturation Problems of Ethnic Minority College Students—Making the Jiangsu Normal University as example

Abstract  The minority university students come to study from small villages to cities, from less developed areas to developed cities, from minority autonomous regions to place with the Han nationality students as the main body, which illustrates the phenomenon of cultural acculturation and changes in anthropology. When they enter into a new e- nvironment with a totally different cultural background, they are encountered with a series of problems.The study of this paper is based on an investigation on the acculturation of minority nationality students in Jiangsu normal university by using questionnaire as well as interviews and open question survey.The investigation shows：The acculturation level of minority nationality students is lower;The influence of food is obvious;The students’ ability of acculturation by using Chinese as daily language is obviously better than those who uses national languages daily.they should rationally make use of the values and life style to deal with the relationship of minority ethic culture and the campus culture,so that they can integrate into the mainstream culture and adapt the university campus life more preferably.
