摘要：以许昌县A乡小学为例，通过访谈法和查阅相关文献资料，对农村小学教师性别和年龄的调查与分析，发现A乡农村小学教师性别和年龄结构比例失衡的问题，整体来看，A乡男女教师比例均衡，但是年轻男教师严重缺少；由于“民转正”教师比较多，青年教师进出机制不完善，农村教师老龄化现象严重。究其原因是：农村小学条件艰苦，社会地位低，待遇差，进出机制不够完善等。解决这些问题应该建立合理的进出机制，提高教师的社会地位和待遇，实行政策倾斜，把教育力量偏向于农村教育，向农村注入“新的血液”，最大限度地提高农村教育质量，促进学生全面发展。24837

The reason is that tough conditions in primary schools in rural areas, low social status, poor treatment of access mechanisms are inadequate. Addressing these issues should establish a rational mechanism for access, in order to improve teachers’ social status and treatment, the implementation of preferential policies and forces favoring education of rural education to rural injecting “new blood”, maximizing quality of rural education and promote students’ all-round development.

农村小学教师性别和年龄结构的现状调查与分析以许昌县A乡小学为例
近年来河南省农村义务教育阶段教师队伍建设取得了重要进展，但是，农村师资力量总体薄弱的状况仍未得到根本改变，教师资源配置不均衡，结构性矛盾比较突出。随着农村经济社会发展和农村义务教育经费保障机制的逐步建立，进一步加强农村师资力量成为发展农村教育的当务之急。[1]
国内许多学者对农村小学教师结构作了深入地研究，经过查阅、分析近几年来农村小学教师性别和年龄的现状及解决对策。通过对农村小学教师性别结构和年龄结构的现状调查与分析，掌握目前A乡小学教师的现状，明确认识到一些不利因素给现在的教育教学带来的负面影响。因此，做到有针对性、有实效性地改善与提高，这样就能更好的落实课程改革精神，更充分地关注学生发展，适应时代与社会的发展。
一、研究对象与方法

以选取的许昌县A乡8所小学中200余名教师为调查对象，对此展开调查与分析。
