摘要以培养核心素养为目标导向的教育改革即将开启，政治认同作为有立场，有理想的中国公民所必需的核心素养，被纳入其中。中学思想政治教师作为引导中学生形成积极政治认同的主要工作者，其政治认同的正确性对中学生政治认同的形成与发展有直接影响。因此本文就政治认同之于中学思想政治教师的重要性进行说明，阐述中学思想政治教师政治认同的内容，探索其建构路径，以帮助中学思想政治教师树立积极的政治认同，丰富其对政治认同内涵的理解，最终促使中学思想政治教师生命质量得以提高，实现教师与学生政治素养的共生共长。42270

 On Political Identity of Middle School Ideological and Political Teachers

Abstract

The reform of education will carry out which aims to foster the core accomplishment for the target orientation. political identity as a standpoint, the ideal Chinese citizens must need this core accomplishment, were included. High school ideological and political teachers are regarded as the guider and inspirer of political identity for middle school students. political identity is correct or not, which directly affects the formation and development of middle school students' political identity. So in this paper, through the description of political identification and the importance of ideological and political teachers, this paper expounds the contents of the middle school ideological and political teachers' political identity and explore its construction path, thus helping middle school ideological and political teacher establish the positive political identity, enrich the understanding of the connotation of political identity, finally which can realize the improvement of life quality of the high school ideological and political teachers, which can develop the political accomplishment symbiosis with  teachers and students .

以培养核心素养为主题的新一轮教育改革主要由政治认同，理性精神，法制意识和公共参与四个要素构成：政治认同是培养有立场、有理想的中国公民所必需的核心素养，理想精神是培养有思想、有理智的中国公民的必然要求，而法制意识是培养有自尊、守原则的中国公民所必备的核心素养，最后，公共参与则是作为以培养有担当、有情怀的中国公民为目标的核心素养而被强调。四者在内容上相互交融，逻辑上相互依存，构成一个有机整体。其中政治认同是理性精神，法制意识与公共参与的共同标识和魂魄，积极的政治认同有利于促进政治服从，增强政治合法性以及实现政治稳定。故此，在新一轮教育改革中，将政治认同作为核心素养之一进行强调。思想政治教育乃是当代中学生政治认同的基本培养路径，中学思想政治教师则是作为中学思想政治教育的主要实践者，在新的教育改革浪潮中，不仅要提升自身专业素养，而且要坚持正确的政治认同和价值取向，从而为学生与自己的终身发展打下坚实的政治素养基础。 论中学思想政治教师的政治认同:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_42637.html
