一、非智力因素的概述
（一）非智力因素的涵义
中国古代有一句名言“非不能也，是不为也”。意思是说，不是不会做，而是不肯做。其中的“能”是指“会不会”，即智力因素；而“为”是指“肯不肯”，也就是非智力因素。
非智力因素是相对智力因素来说的，一般认为智力因素包括六个方面：注意力，观察力，想象力，记忆力，思维力，创造力。非智力因素，指与认识没有直接关系的情感、意志、兴趣、性格、需要、动机、目标、抱负、信念、世界观等方面。在这里我们可以看出，一个人的成长过程不光需要学习智力因素，非智力因素对一个人的成长也起着至关重要的作用。我们经常遇到这样一类人，他们智商很高，但意志力较低，难以长期坚持做一件事，最终没能得到很好的发展，也没有取得太大的成就。而与此相对的是，还有一类人，他们的智力水平一般，但是拥有强大的意志力、坚韧不拔的决心和较高的道德修养等较好的非智力品质，这些人往往更有可能在事业上取得成功，拥有很高的成就。 思想政治课对学生非智力因素的培养:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_42812.html
