摘要在这个信息爆炸的时代，信息用户可以更加迅速的了解到世界各地、各种领域的最新消息，但是由信息带来的一系列的问题也是不可忽视的。信息焦虑会影响人们的生活和工作，本论文就是通过对信息焦虑与情绪调节方式关系进行研究，从而初步得出两者之间存在的关系以及情绪调节方式对信息焦虑是否具有调节作用。本研究将高校大学生作为研究对象，采用《信息焦虑量表》、《情绪调节方式量表》对研究对象的基本信息、信息焦虑状况和情绪调节方式等信息进行收集，获取相关数据。研究结果显示，情绪调节方式对信息焦虑有影响，宣泄调节与信息焦虑呈负相关，对信息焦虑具有正调节作用；重视调节与信息焦虑呈正相关，对信息焦虑具有负调节作用。43413

 The Regulation Effecting of Emotion Regulation Mode for Information Anxiety

Abstract

 Information users can get the latest news from all sorts of fields and all over the world in this information-overloaded age, but the problem what it causes cannot be ignored. Information anxiety will affect people’s lives. What we research is the relationship between information anxiety and emotion regulation mode, and the regulation effecting for information anxiety. In this study, we investigated university students, information anxiety and emotion regulation mode, using questionnaires with two scales. The finding shows that there is a relationship between the emotion regulation and information anxiety exists, vent regulation mode is negatively related to information anxiety, it can ease information positively, attaching great importance to information anxiety will add the extent of it, there is a negative relationship between them.
