摘要自尊是幼儿健全人格的重要组成部分,是幼儿发展的一种动力,对幼儿的健康成长有着重要意义。奖励作为促进幼儿发展的一种教育方法,对幼儿自尊发展起到很重要的作用,但是,教师运用奖励时,存在滥用奖励、奖励角度单一、涵盖面积过小、语言奖励泛化模糊、不公平奖励等问题,对幼儿自尊发展起到不同程度的阻碍作用。本文我主要采用文献法、观察法和访谈法进行研究,并对促进幼儿自尊发展的奖励运用提出一些意见和策略:一、奖励次数适当,二、因人施奖,三、奖励面向全体幼儿,四、奖励要具有公平性,五、抓住奖励的时机,六、奖励的标准要在幼儿的最近发展区内,七、家园合作实施奖励。为教师更好使用奖励促进幼儿自尊发展提供建议。43563

Research on The Incentive Strategy of Self - esteem Development

Abstract:Self-esteem is an important part of children's healthy personality, is a driving force for the development of children, and has important significance for the healthy growth of children. Reward as a means to promote children's development of a teaching method, the development of children's self-esteem to the very important role, however, teachers use of incentives, there is abuse reward, reward a single point of view, covering area is too small, reward and language generalization of fuzzy, unfair rewards and incentives to families policy lack problem and the development of children's self-esteem to different degrees of inhibition. In this paper, I mainly use the literature method, observation method and interview method, and to promote the development of children's self esteem reward by the proposed some opinions and strategies: rewarding proper times, second, inpidualized Shi award. Three, the reward for all children, reward to be fair, five, reward to seize the opportunity, six, reward criterion to in children's zone of proximal development, seven, the homeland cooperation implementation of reward. Provide suggestions for teachers to promote the development of children's self esteem better using rewards.
