摘要学习动机是由学习需要引起的，是直接推动学生进行学习活动的内在动力。学习动机是大学生学习的动力，决定着学习的效果和积极性，对它的研究具有重要意义。本文以90后大学生为研究对象，以90后大学生学习动机调查问卷为工具进行调查，了解90后大学生的学习现状，发现90后大学生学习活动中存在内在动机不足和外在动机功利化的问题，结合国内外理论研究以及90后大学生的特点分析出90后大学生缺乏学习动机的原因，并提出针对性建议，从而提高90后大学生学习动机，充分调动他们学习的积极性，进而提高他们的学习成绩。51567

The research and analysis on learning motivation of the generation after 90s college students
Abstract Learning motivation is caused by learning needs,and it is the inner motive power to promote students study in learning activities.Also,Learning motivation is the college students' learning momentum,it determined the effect of learning and motivation,so the study of it has a great significance.In this paper, take the generation after 90s college students as the research object, use the generation after 90s college students ' learning motivation questionnaire as a tool for investigation .To understand the learning situation of the generation after 90s college students ,finding the mainly problems exists in the the generation after 90s college students ' learning activities :Lack of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation .The author combined the theoretical studies at home and abroad with the characteristics of the generation after 90s college students. To analysis why the generation after 90s college students lack of learning motivation, and put forward corresponding proposals. So as to improve the learning motivation of the generation after 90s college students ,fully arouse the enthusiasm of their learning, and then improve their learning performance.

0 引言
学习是进步的阶梯，人们通过不断地求学来提升自己，而每个人努力学习都是有着原因的。恩格斯说：“决不能避免这种情况：推动人去从事活动的一切，都要通过人的头脑，甚至吃喝也是由于通过头脑感觉到的饥渴引起的，并且是由于同样通过头脑感觉到的饱足而停止。” [1] 从这句话中可以看出，当人有某种需要时，他的大脑会自动反应出来，并指挥他去做这一活动，由此可见人在从事任何活动时都会需要一个动机，人总是因为他有从事某一活动的愿望而去从事这一活动。人们努力吸收知识学习时则需要学习动机来引导他们进行学习活动。学习动机是推动学习活动的动力，也是促进学生学习活动的根本原因。动机具有引导性、持续性，若有了明确的学习动机，则可以促进学习进步。 90后大学生学习动机调查及分析:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_55238.html
