小学数学教师专业成长的路径探索

摘要：随着科学技术的快速发展，数学在我们的日常生活和社会生产中都有着重要的作用，作为数学基础的小学数学更需要受到重视。小学数学教师在对新课标和教材的理解、教学设计、教学反思与重建等方面存在问题。其成因主要有社会对于小学数学教师的专业化发展的认识存在不足、部分家长对教师的创新教学模式存在偏见、学校过于重视升学率、教师自身的专业素养存在缺陷等。主要解决措施有教师自身努力学习专业知识、学校注重为教师提供专业支持和智力支持、家长支持教师的工作、社会提升对于小学数学教师的专业化发展的认同。53362

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology, mathematics has a important role in our daily life and social production, as the mathematical basis of the elementary school, mathematics more needs to be taken seriously. The elementary school mathematics teachers have some problems in many ways. For example, the understanding of curriculum and teaching materials, teaching design, teaching reflection and reconstruction. There are many reasons for these problems. Mainly social problems on the understanding of the elementary school mathematics teacher's professional development is insufficient, some parents have bias to teacher's teaching model innovation, too much emphasis on school graduation rate, defect of teachers' professional quality, etc. In order to solve the problems,teachers should learn professional knowledge hard, the school pay attention to provide professional support and intellectual support for teachers, parents support teacher's job, social promotion for the recognition of the elementary school mathematics teacher's professional development.
