摘 要：师生关系是目前校园内最为普遍的关系。师生关系的和不和谐对学生、对教师都是一些影响。和谐的师生关系起到一定促进作用，可以提高学生的学习积极性、学习兴趣的激发、品德发展的提升、学生个性的全面发展等等。通过对师生关系的现状分析，提出一些建立和谐师生关系的具体措施：教师要极力营造民主和谐的氛围、要善于运用良好的教学方式、要和学生建立良好的沟通方式、多一点鼓励、多一点宽容、多一点尊重、同时教师自己要博采众长，要有自己的个人魅力。65046

Abstract：Teacher-student relationship is the most common of relationships in the campus. The relationship between teachers and students is good or not, which has some influences for teachers and students. Harmonious relationship plays a certain role in promoting, it can improve the comprehensive development of learning enthusiasm, interest in learning the excitation, the promotion of moral development, development of personality and so on. Through viewing the present situation, I put forward some measures to establish the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the teachers try them best to create the democratic and harmonious atmosphere, to make good use of perfect teaching methods, and to establish good communication with students, teachers can give more encouragement, more tolerant, more respect, for students. At the same time, the teachers should have gifts in many ways to help them establish their own personal charm.
