摘要：本文通过对大学生宿舍人际关系的问卷调查和数据定量分析，从年级、生源地、是否独生子女等方面了解当前大学生宿舍人际关系的基本状况和影响因素，探寻了大学生宿舍总体满意度以及大学生对宿舍类型的评价，并调查了人际质量指标和改善意愿。结果表明：大学生宿舍人际总体状况较好，年级对宿舍人际满意度有影响，不同满意度学生改善宿舍人际质量意愿不同。在此基础上笔者具体分析了大学生宿舍人际关系现状，探讨了不同因素对宿舍人际关系的影响，并从个人和学校角度分别提出改善大学生宿舍人际关系的对策。65682

Abstract: To understand the factors of current college students dormitory interpersonal relationship and the basic situation, quantitative data Analysis of College Students' dormitory interpersonal relationship questionnaire had been taken. We investigated the information about the grade, areas, only child or not etc.And explored the overall satisfaction of College Students' dormitory, the evaluation of college students dormitory type, Then we investigated interpersonal quality index and their willingness to improve the dormitory interpersonal relationship. The results show that, College Students' dormitory overall situation is good. Grades have influence on dormitory interpersonal satisfaction. The will to improve the situation is different in these students which has different satisfaction levels. Basis on this investigation results, this page analyses the specific situation of interpersonal relationship of College Students' dormitory and investigates the effect of different factors on the interpersonal relationship. Finally, from the perspective of both inpidual and school, advice are put forward to improving the interpersonal relationship of College Students.

1 引言
近年来，大学生宿舍人际关系问题日益成为社会关注的焦点，很多高校不断出现宿舍人际关系恶化的问题。大学生宿舍人际关系是大学生人际关系中重要的组成部分，对于大学生来说，从进入大学开始，情感的需要从家转移到了大学宿舍，融洽的宿舍关系能够使学生产生归属感。学生通过大学宿舍不断学习新的生活技能，培养新的生活和学习习惯，舍友之间的互相交流对大学生人生观、价值观的形成有很大的影响。而大学生宿舍人际关系的好坏很大程度上决定着大学生的心境，一方面，恶劣的宿舍人际关系往往会导致学生产生各种心理健康问题。另一方面，良好的宿舍人际关系能够培养学生积极乐观的态度和健康的个性品质。因此，笔者认为对大学生宿舍人际关系现状进行调查研究是十分必要的。
2.研究对象与研究方法
