摘要:随着我国改革开放的程度越来越深，外商直接投资对我国的经济影响越来越重要。本文主要从外商直接投资对我国的国际收支、国民收入、就业以及产业结构的变动都产生的巨大影响进行分析。但是同时，外资的引进又会对东道国的经济造成积压，形成市场垄断，造成环境污染等消极影响。我国大规模的引进外资是为了通过市场获得先进技术，但是三十年过去了，中国引进外伤投资的数量和比重远远超出其他发展中国家，却没有因此而获得发达国家的先进技术。所以研究外商投资对东道国的经济发展影响具有深远的意义。值得指出的是，经过三十几年的开放成果，我国经济的迅猛发展离不开外商的扶持，所以在引进外资和利用外资上应该有一定的策略。本文最后就外商投资对我国经济的影响进行客观的分析，并针对性的提出我国对外商投资的战略政策。38350
