摘 要:本文研究的问题是镇江醋业的发展状况及问题,并对此提出建议。本文在研究恒顺企业的基础上,采用对比分析的方法,主要从恒顺醋业的市场定位、新兴醋产品的宣传开发以及品牌效能三个方面分析镇江香醋的现阶段发展中存在的问题。本文首先研究了食醋的现状,其次提出恒顺企业在发展中存在的问题并就此提出注重市场细分,精确市场定位、稳住传统醋产品市场,加快发展新兴醋产品市场、加强行业管理,发挥品牌效能的建议,最后概括全文总结并提出展望。64623

Abstract: This paper researches the current situation of zhenjiang vinegar industry and problems in development in zhenjiang vinegar industry and finally give suggestions. On the basis of the research hengshun enterprises, this paper adopts the method of comparative analysis, mainly from the hengshun vinegar industry marketing positioning , emerging vinegar products in the promotion of the development and brand effectiveness three aspects of analysis the problems existing in the current development of zhenjiang vinegar. At first, this paper studies the current station of vinegar, then put forward hengshun on the problems existing in the development of business and to suggest that pay attention to market segmentation, accurate market positioning, hold the traditional vinegar product market, speed up the development of emerging vinegar product market,strengthen the industry,play a brand effectiveness, and finally summarizes the full text and puts forward prospect.
