摘要:本文综合讲述了国内外重载运输的发展现状, 世界上很多重载运输国家的货运列车轴重达到了30吨以上,但迄今为止我国重载车辆的最大轴重为 25t,轴重在很大程度上制约着我国铁路重载运输的发展,因此,快速掌握货车大轴重技术,进行 30t 轴重重载货车轮对的开发很有必要。
首先分析了国内现有车轮的结构和特点, 参照中国铁路标准初步确定了适应我国现有国情的30t 轴重货车车轮的结构型式和尺寸,然后根据美国标准AAR M-101对30吨车轴进行了结构设计,对车轴的轴颈、轴身、轮座等进行了圆弧过渡设计。
最后,选择用有限元软件对轮对进行强度分析,根据国际铁路联盟(UIC)规程对车轮进行强度分析。 根据美国标准 AAR对30t轴重的货车车辆车轴进行强度分析。通过有限元分析表明轮对性能稳定、可靠。 20188

Structure Design of 30T axle- load freight wagon wheel set
Abstract: In this article, the developing actuality of heavy haul freight wagon both in China
and foreign college was introduced. On many heavy haul transportation countries, axle load of
vehicle is greater than 30 tons. But to this day, our country is the maximum axle loads 25 t, axle
loads restricted the further development of China's heavy-duty transport. As a result, we have to
learn as soon as possible the technique of heavy axle-load freight wagon and make 30 tons
heavy haul freight wagon into reality.
The Structure and running performances of wheel existing are analyzed. The basic
structure of 30 t axle-load wheel is determined under related national conditions according
Chinese railway standards. According to the American standard AAR M-101 designs the
structure of 30 tons of axle. Shaft neck and body to size of axle carry on the design.
Finally, discussing the structure of the finite element method and choose software to
analyze strength in the round. According to International Union of Railways (UIC) regulations
analyze the strength of wheel and according to the American standard AAR M-101 analyze
strength of axle. According to the American standard AAR M-101 analyze strength of axle. The actual service indicates that the wheel enjoys itself with stable performance、reliable.
