摘要以大幅度提高生产效率、减少浪费、降低库存、提高产能、降低交货周期,进而提高对市场变化的适应度,增加企业核心竞争力。生产效率对企业的重要性是可想而知的,可以说,任何工件的加工都面临着加工效率的问题。本文结合博莱特(上海)压缩机有限公司的空气压缩机钣金件的实际生产情况,对其生产流程的现状及其未来优化问题做出了阐述。从博莱特的钣金加工工艺入手,对空气压缩机钣金加工工艺特征作简要分析,找出目前加工流程中的问题,即生产线设备、作业研究问题、人机协作问题及准时生产问题,并逐一作透彻的分析。通过加工工艺优化、持续不断的改善,进一步提高产能,提高竞争力,最终发展行业领先地位。20811

Abstract:With the application of sheet metal is more and more widely, the sheet metal parts design and processing becomes a very important part of the product development process, enhance the efficiency of the process of sheet metal is a target for manufacturers continue to improve. (Shanghai) air compressor of sheet metal parts of the actual production conditions; the present situation of its production process and the future optimization problems has made the elaboration. From the sheet metal processing technology of bolaite, a brief analysis of the characteristic of air compressor in sheet metal processing technology, find out the current problems in machining process, the production line equipment, operations research, man-machine collaboration issues and production problems on time, and make thorough analysis one by one. Through the optimization of processing technology, continuously improve, further improve the production capacity, improve competitiveness, and capture the industry advantage.
