摘要该引信用于某新型加榴炮子母弹子弹,具有隔爆、冗余保险、定时、绝火和自毁功能。此新型加榴炮子母弹不同于常规子母弹,只有两枚子弹,所以引信和常规子弹引信有较大差别。为了做好相关设计要求,分析了瑞典155mm口径子母弹的相关特性,结合我国当前发展状况,引信的隔爆机构采用水平滑块,保险机构采用后坐保险加上离心保险。采用错位式爆炸序列。引信的延时作用通过延期雷管来实现。做出了引信的设计样图,包括总图、零件图、部件图、和尺寸链计算图等。并且通过强度计算校核了引信的可靠性,包括存储可靠性和发射时候的可靠性以及作用可靠性。通过尺寸链计算,保证了引信各个机构可以合理可靠装配。最后总体分析以及计算表明该引信可以做到定时准确,作用可靠。引信的安全性符合《引信安全性设计准则》和《引信环境与性能试验方法》的相关要求。28994

Title Design for a bullet fuze of shrapnel supplied for a new kind of cannel howitzer
Abstract
This fuze is applied to a bullet of sharpnel supplied for a new kind of cannel howitzer. The fuze has detonator safety, safety redundancy, delay bursting according to setting, sterilization, self-destruction. Since the cannel howitzer is different from the traditional howitzer that it has only two bullet,this fuze is quite different from traditional ones. In order to get a better design, analyse Sweden 155mm shrapnel, and the development of our country’s. flame-proof insurance is a sliding block.The explosion sequence is Dislocation. Delay detonator control the delay time. Draw up the fuze’s design drawing including general drawing, parts drawing, dimension chain drawing. Check the reliability of the fuze by strength calculation, including storage reliability, lunching reliability and working reliability. According to dimension chain calculation ,make sure that every part can be assembled correctl. General analysis and calculation show that the fuze can timing correctly and work reliably. The fuze safety satisfies the relevant request of “Fuze Design, Safety Criteria for”and“Fuze environment and performance test methods”.
