炮射侵彻弹的设计与侵彻能力分析

摘要本文主要是针对口径为155mm的炮射侵彻弹的弹丸设计以及侵彻分析。首先要完成弹丸的外形结构设计以及内腔结构设计,设计要符合射程,侵彻的弹丸基础结构。运用计算机绘图软件建模拟合出弹丸的结构特征量。将得到的的结构特征量带入到后面的计算中去校核。如果弹丸的结构与所要求的标准不适合,就需要再次返回重新完成弹丸的外形结构设计以达到符合要求。发射时强度的计算主要是校核弹丸的壁厚以及完成对于部分结构所需要的材料的确定。飞行稳定性的计算主要是校核弹头部的长度、质心位置以及转动惯量是否合理。30799
在确定弹丸的结构设计之后,需要对其的外弹道进行分析计算,以求出弹丸的射程、弹道高、落速、落角。如果有参数不满足要求,需要重新返回到弹丸的飞行稳定性计算去校核。
在对弹丸的侵彻能力分析中,由弹丸的外弹道分析计算得出落速、落角计算弹丸的侵彻深度。本文主要是使用别列赞公式计算粘土,砖填物,混凝土的侵彻深度,以及一些侵彻分析混凝土。
