摘要热处理工装设备的传动装置是以电动机为动力,将动力传递给执行机构,从而将工件推入加热炉内加热的装置。其主要功能元件是曲柄滑块机构,传动系统采用了蜗轮蜗杆和斜齿轮。本文主要对以下内容作了研究:首先本文简要介绍了热处理工装设备的选题背景,对国内外热处理工装设备的研究及生产现状进行了介绍,并对本设计的整体结构布局和各个系统做了介绍,对传动系统和送料系统中的参数进行计算和分析。同时对热处理工装设备的传动部分(包括斜齿轮传动、蜗轮蜗杆传动),连接件(包括键、螺栓),轴系零件(包括轴、轴套、轴承等)进行设计计算及校核。其次,在SOLIDWORKS软件中对各零部件进行三维建模,最后进行装配。52358

Abstract Tooling heat transmission device is a motor-driven, the power transmitted to the functional element,so that the workpiece into the furnace heating apparatus.Its main component is a slider-crank mechanism functions, the transmission uses a worm and helical gears.This paper focuses on the following studies were made: First, this paper briefly introduces the research background heat tooling equipment. The second, heat treatment of domestic and foreign research and production tooling equipment status are introduced, and the overall structure of the layout and design of each system have been described.Last,feeding system for the transmission and the parameters were calculated and analyzed.Tooling equipment for the heat treatment time transmission parts (including helical gears, worm gear), connectors (including keys, bolts), shaft parts (including shafts, bushings, bearings, etc.) for the design calculations and checking. The various components of the software SOLIDWORKS three-dimensional modeling, and finally does not interfere in the case for assembly.
