大型平面轴瓦专用车床设计

摘要大型轴瓦车床是用来车大型轴瓦的内球面和外球面以及大型轴瓦上面的圆柱孔和槽和端面的一种机床。本课题是要求我们设计一个可以加工大型轴瓦的简易机床。给我定了两个电动机，一个是主电机还有一个是快速电机。我想设计的是，将主电机和联轴器连接起来带动机床上面的齿轮传动，从而实现加工大型轴瓦的内球面的效果。然后再画两个辅助工具，用于加工大型轴瓦的外球面和圆柱孔和槽和端面。这样这个整体的设计就结束了。具体的方案设计会在下文中为大家展示。52514
