摘要:传统的软管理顺工作由于生产工艺落后、工序分散、工件的多道工序需要由人力手工完成,从而带来生产效率低、工人劳动强度大,生产质量不稳定、生产成本增加等问题,而采用软管理顺装置系统可以将所有理顺环节融合在一起。软管从理顺落料机的落料口处掉落到分离输送带上,启动分离输送带,通过分离输送带上的分隔块将软管按一定间隙排列,当输送带上的软管到达指定位置后,推料装置将软管推至翻管装置上,翻管装置将软管从水平放置翻转到垂直放置状态等待后续装置抓取。整个系统由PLC可编程控制器作为控制系统从而实现自动化生产,这样可以大幅减轻工人劳动强度、提高生产效率、改善生产环境,提高产品质量。软管理顺装置是软管包装自动化生产线的一个重要的组成部分,其设计的情况直接影响整个自动化生产线的工作水平,因而对整个软管理顺系统进行合理的设计就极为重要。关键词:软管;理顺;PLC控制;包装机械。8427

Abstract:Because of the backward production technology, procedure and the multichannel working procedure, the work of traditional hose arrangement needs to be done by the human hand, thus makes the production efficiency low, the worker labor intensity big, the problem such as production quality is not stable, the production cost increase. And use hose arrange equipment system can take the arrange link together. Hoses from the arranging blanking machine, blanking from the mouth drops to separation conveyor belt, start the separation of conveyor belt, conveyor belt through the separation of the separated blocks will hose in a certain interval, when the conveyor belt of hose arrived at the specified position, push the hose to double pipe pushing device, hose pipe device will turn from horizontal to vertical placement state waiting for the follow-up device to grab. The whole system consists of PLC programmable controller as the control system so as to realize automation of production, so can greatly reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, improve the production environment, improve the quality of products. Hose straighten out device is hose packaging is an important part of automatic production line, its design directly affect the level of job of the whole automatic production line, and so on the tube straightening out of the whole system carries on the reasonable design is extremely important.
