引信用微型电磁拔销器的设计

摘要随着科学技术的不断发展与进步,军用产品制造呈现出微型化、智能化、模块化的 发展趋势。电磁拔销器作为引信体安全保险机构的重要部件,在保证其安全性和可靠性 的前提下将其微型化是目前国内外学者共同关注的热点课题。得益于 21 世纪新兴科技和 产业热点之一的微机电系统(MEMS)技术的不断发展,它的技术定义决定了其必将对引 信安全系统以及拔销器的微小型设计产生重要而深远的影响。但是当前世界的制造工艺 还没有达到它所需要的标准,制造难度大,成本很高。因此,在传统制造工艺下的电磁 拔销器的微型化仍然是该领域当前亟待解决的问题。

本文对引信用微型电磁拔销器进行了研究,并完成了以下几个方面的工作: 1)按照设计要求提出若干种可行电磁拔销器方案,并对其进行简单论述;69474

2)计算并设计满足引信用电磁拔销器性能要求的螺线圈,讨论材料选择以及结构;

3)根据通电螺线圈在空间中的磁场分布情况,得到磁场的计算公式,并对螺线圈磁 场进行仿真分析,将公式计算和仿真结果进行对比,并总结在设计电磁拔销器过程中怎 样选择合适的结构参数;

4)对所构建的引信用微型电磁拔销器模型进行电磁力的计算,并对影响电磁力的因 素进行分析。

最后,总结了设计中所做的工作,提出了未来的研究前景。

Title Design of Mini-electromagnetic Safety Instruments in Fuze

Abstract

With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, military products manufacturing shows the trend of miniaturization, intelligent and modular. Electromagnetic safety instruments as an important component of fuze safety and arming (S & A) systems, on the premise of ensure its safety and reliability ,its miniaturization is now a hotspot, and given a lot of concern of scholars at home and abroad. Benefited from the development of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology, which is a emerging technology and one of the hot spots of industry in the 21 century, its definition determines that this technology will have an important and far-reaching influence on the fuze safety and arming (S & A) system and micro-miniature safety instruments design . However, the current world manufacturing technology doesn’t have reached the standard of what it needs, the manufacture is very difficult,and the cost is very high. Therefore, under the traditional manufacturing technology, the electromagnetic safety instruments miniaturization is still a urgent problem to be solved in the field.

In this paper,I design and study about the micro-electromagnetic safety instruments, and work of the following aspects has already been solved:

1) According to the design requirements, put forward several feasible projects of electromagnetic safety instruments , and give on a brief introduction;

2) Design the solenoids with properties desired by electromagnetic safety instruments in fuze, and discuss the selection of materials and the winding structure

3) Derive the formulae of the distribution of magnetic fields generated by single solenoid; compare the results with stimulation results and data measured under laboratory conditions.

4)Calculate the electromagnetic force of the micro-electromagnetic safety instruments being made, and analyze the factors that affect the electromagnetic force.
