气动传动具有很多优点,取之不尽的空气,使用之后无需处理可直接排入大气,便于集中供气和远距离输送,工作环境适应性强强,气动装置结构简单、轻便、安装维护方便,气压传动目前应用在食品化工包装机器,机器人,船舶,消防等很多领域现有技术较为成熟。
本设计主要针对高楼玻璃幕墙擦洗,设计出一种能在高楼上自由可控制的移动并且能完成对玻璃幕墙进行清洗,机器上装有自带的清洗液,完成自动喷洒清洗液,自动擦洗,自主移动。
在本次设计中最关键的是保证机器能完全安全的吸附在玻璃幕墙上不会掉下。在设计时需要保证无论什么时刻都有一组脚吸附在玻璃上,从而在来移动机器人。在设计中机器人在玻璃幕墙上的移动是本次设计的核心内容,本此设计主要学习昆虫的爬行,通过气缸来控制各个关节的移动和配合吸盘的吸附从而在高楼玻璃幕墙上移动,在移动是主要通过两组每组三足,在玻璃幕墙上形成一组稳定组合,从而移动机器人,在机器人吸盘足装有真空检测装置,只要有一个吸盘检测到无法形成真空,另一组就不会松开,保证无论何时都有一组三角吸盘吸附在玻璃幕墙上从而保证机器不会掉落。
清洁刷子采用气动马达驱动刷盘的转动,在配合和摆杆配合摆动,清洁刷子由两组,上下个两只组成在对玻璃幕墙进行清洗。在刷子的设计中采用压簧和刷子的配合,使转动的刷盘能够完全的贴合在玻璃幕墙上。
清洗液的盛放采用灌装瓶内部充入适当压力使清洗液喷出,喷嘴处开细孔来形成液露喷洒在玻璃上,灌装瓶可以承受一定的内腔高压,能使清洗快速喷出,喷口处形成喷雾从而喷射在玻璃幕墙上。
