摘 要电动车在生活中随处可见，而本次设计的课题来源就是电动车的把手。它可以在骑行过程中，辅助我们把握方向，协助我们掌握平衡。本说明录了本次毕设的实际过程，设计过程包括了塑件材料的选择，模具分型面的选择，注塑机的选择，成型零部件设计，浇注系统的设计，冷却系统的设计，推出机构的设计，侧向分型抽芯机构的设计。模具采用了轮辐式浇口和顶杆脱模的形式。在完成模具初步设计后，对注塑机的各项参数进行校核，如注塑机的锁模力、注射机的装模厚度、注射压力、注射机最大开合模行程等。在本次设计中，采用了UG，AUTOCAD，等软件进行设计，提高了设计的精度和效率。通过校核，实现了模具的工作性能。69598
