研究我国企业经营者激励机制存在的一些问题以及建立更新型更完善的激励机制应当考虑的因素,并对不同的激励模式进行探讨分析,其中对股权激励方式结合具体实例进行分析

摘要:在所有权与管理权两权分离的现代企业中,经营者激励机制是企业建立现代企业制度的关键,是企业治理结构中的重要内容,其在一定程度上会影响企业利益水平并且直接影响企业的生存与发展,同时企业经营者激励机制也是现代生产力发展的必要逻辑。为了统一、协调现代企业制度下企业所有者与经营者的目标差异,建立一种能吸引保留人才、能使人才资源配置最优化的高效、完善的企业经营者激励机制势在必行。如何通过激励机制调动企业经营者的积极性直接影响着企业的生存与发展,吸引、留住、激励人才,使人才资源配置最优化成为企业长期发展的关键。本文探讨企业经营者的激励机制,通过介绍经营者激励机制的研究意义,对国内外企业经营者激励机制现状简要分析,系统阐述激励机制的相关基本理论,研究我国企业经营者激励机制存在的一些问题以及建立更新型更完善的激励机制应当考虑的因素,并对不同的激励模式进行探讨分析,其中对股权激励方式结合具体实例进行分析,提出对我国企业实施股权激励制度的建议。在全文的最后针对完善我国企业经营者激励机制提出创新性的切实可行的对策建议。26175

 Manger Incentive Mechanism
Abstract: In the ownership and management of modern enterprises separation of ownership, the operator is the key incentive to establish a modern enterprise system, corporate governance structure is an important part of its business to a certain extent affect the level of interest and direct influence business survival and development, and business incentive mechanism development of modern productive forces necessary logic. In order to unify and coordinate goal difference enterprise under the modern enterprise system owners and operators, the establishment of a can attract and retain talent, talent to make the most optimal and efficient allocation of resources, and improve enterprise management incentive mechanism is imperative. This paper discusses the business's incentives by introducing management incentive mechanism research significance, domestic and foreign business incentive mechanism brief analysis of the current situation, systematically expounded the basic theory related incentives, research of business operators some existing incentives issues and factors that build newer and better incentives should be considered, and to explore the different excitation pattern analysis, in which the equity incentives with concrete examples to analyze and make recommendations for the implementation of China's enterprises equity incentive system. In the full text of the final proposal put forward practical and innovative for the Improvement of Incentive Mechanism of the business.
