摘要欧洲主权债务危机，最初是由于希腊政府赤字规模急剧膨胀，无法偿还以其主权信用为担保的各种债务，在被评级机构下调主权信用评级后，率先爆发的一场经济危机。后来，西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和意大利也先后因为相同的债务问题而向欧盟申请援助。由希腊首先开始的债务危机逐渐蔓延至全欧。欧洲主权债务危机危机爆发的原因复杂多变，究其根本在于欧元区内部各国独立的财政政策和单一的货币政策之间天然的矛盾。其次，欧元区内部成员国的经济水平参差不齐，产业结构也不甚合理。最后，2008年美国次贷危机的冲击更让脆弱的欧元区经济雪上加霜。2012年，塞浦路斯向欧盟申请财政援助，让看似恢复平静的欧债危机仍在发酵。欧债危机仍像达摩克利斯之剑一般悬在全世界的上空。通过剖析主权债务危机的形成机理，分析欧债危机给中国带来的警示，可以让中国在经济发展的道路上避免走弯路，同时也可以让中国经济更加健康的成长。45073

Abstract
Firstly due to the great expansion of the deficit of Greek government and failed to pay back the great amount of debt, European sovereign debt crisis broke out in Greece after the sovereign credit was degraded. Subsequently, Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Italy asked for economic assistance because of the same debt issues. From then on, the European debt crisis was spread into the whole Europe. The reasons that attribute to the European sovereign debt crisis are various and sophisticated, but it was mainly attributed to the contradiction between the inpidual fiscal policy and mutual currency policy inside the Eurozone. Additionally, there are great regional economic differences among the Eurozone countries and the industrial structure is not reasonable enough. Finally, the impact of financial crisis has the fragile Eurozone worse. In 2012, Cyprus became the fifth countries that have asked European Union for economic assistance. The European sovereign debt crisis was still like the Sword of Damocles, hanging around the world. Through the analysis of the mechanisms of formulating and cautions of the European sovereign debt crisis, barriers could be avoided when Chinese economy develops. At the meantime, the analysis can make Chinese economy grow healthier.
