摘 要：资本结构是现代财务管理的核心理论之一，也是企业生产决策的关键，与企业的生存发展息息相关。医药行业是组成我国经济的一个重要部分，是传统产业和现代产业相结合的产业。医药行业对人民健康、生活质量都起到保护和促进作用。因此，如何根据国家宏观经济环境变动，结合企业自身的特征因素，动态地优化公司资本结构，对企业在宏观经济不利时保持可持续发展意义重大。首先，对恒瑞股份资本结构的内外部经济环境进行系统分析，以此为基础指出医药行业及恒瑞股份资本结构现状；其次，找出恒瑞股份资本结构在当前的经济环境下存在的主要问题；最后，对恒瑞股份资本结构优化提出建议。 56539

Abstract:Capital structure is one of the core of modern financial management theory, it is also the key for the production decision, and is closely related to enterprise's survival and development. Pharmaceutical industry is an important part of our country's economy, is the combination of traditional and modern industry industry. The pharmaceutical industry for people's health and life quality rise to protect and promote the role. Therefore, how to according to the national macro economic environment changes, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself factors, dynamically optimize the company's capital structure, to the enterprise in the macro economic disadvantage to keep sustainable development is of great significance.First of all, hengrui shares of the capital structure of the internal and external economic environment for system analysis, on this basis, pointed out that the pharmaceutical industry and hengrui share capital structure present situation; Second, find out the hengrui share capital structure of the main problems existing in the current economic environment. Finally, the hengrui share capital structure optimization are proposed.

1 引言
