摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展，金融类上市公司的数量在逐年增加，其在国民经济中的重要性也体现的越来越明显。金融类上市公司要想长远发展，制定稳定合理的现金股利分配政策就显得尤为重要。由于复杂的内外部经济环境的存在，金融类上市公司的现金股利分配政策会受到很多因素的影响。本文在相关文献及股利理论的基础上，从实际情况出发，分析我国金融类上市公司现金股利分配政策的现状及其存在的问题，结合一些金融类上市公司的相关财务数据，用以探讨如何优化金融类上市公司的现金股利分配政策，进而为金融类上市公司制定更合理的现金股利分配政策针提出相应的建议。53643

Abstract：With the rapid development of our economy, the number of financial listing corporation increase year after year, its importance in the national economy has become more clear. Financial listing Corporation want to long-term development, is particularly important for the stable and reasonable cash pidend policy. Due to the complexity of the internal and external economic environment, cash pidend policy of financial listing corporation would be influenced by many factors. Based on the related literature and the pidend theory, from the actual situation, analysis of the current situation of china financial listing corporation cash pidend distribution policy and the existing problems, combined with the relevant financial data of some financial listing corporation to discussion on how to optimize the cash pidend distribution policy and give some suggestions to make cash pidend policy become more reasonable.
