商业银行中管理会计的应用研究

摘要：随着社会生产力的稳步上升、商品经济的飞速发展以及企业管理方式的变革，管理会计在当今的企业经营活动中起到了愈发重要的作用。现代的商业银行是一个多功能性的金融企业。它将盈利作为目的，金融资产和负债业务是其主要的经营对象。当前，我国商业银行正努力寻求资产负债的最优组合，降低经营成本及费用，追求资产的高回报和利润最大化。而管理会计正迎合了我国商业银行眼下要适应市场竞争的需求。在强化财务管理，做出科学决策方面也存在着重要的意义。本文从管理会计的概念入手，分析了管理会计在我国商业银行中应用的必要性和目标。通过与西方的对比体现出我国商业银行中的不足，本文分别从绩效考评、责任会计、成本控制、决策等方面阐述了改善措施。62268

The applied research of management accounting in commercial Banks

Abstract：Along with the social productivity level improved steadily, the rapid development of commodity economy, and the changes of enterprise management, management accounting in today's enterprises plays an increasingly important role in business activities. Modern commercial bank is a versatility of financial enterprises, its purpose is to make a profit, financial assets and liabilities business is the main object of business. Nowadays, China's commercial banks are trying to seek the optimal combination of the assets and liabilities, reduce operating costs and fees, and pursue high returns of the assets and profit maximization. Management accounting meets the needs of the market competition between commercial banks in China. In the aspect of strengthening financial management and make scientific decisions, there are of great significance. From the concept of management accounting, this paper analyzes the necessity of our country commercial bank management accounting and target. Through the comparison with western commercial Banks, this paper expounds the improvement measures from the aspects of performance evaluation, responsibility accounting, cost control, decision-making and so on.
