摘  要：随着经济全球化脚步的加快,国企将迎来更多的发展机遇也将面临更多的风险和挑战｡资金管理渗透于每个企业生产到销售环节,也是财务管理的主要任务,同时也是我国企业内部管理工作的问题所在｡因此,资金的管理和控制对企业发展有着重要的意义,资金管理的发展可以给整个管理界注入新鲜的活力｡这些年来,国美在财务资金管理中暴露出很多的问题｡只有实现管理创新才能进一步改善企业的资金管理,在发展中不停完善企业资金管理中暴露的问题｡本文通过对国美电器资金管理的分析，总结出资金管理应该涉及到企业活动的方方面面。66964
