摘要: 利用多年生牧草开发能源植物是在当今能源紧张和环境保护的背景下能源工业发展的一个新方向。本课题通过大量实验和分析,在介绍芦竹与花叶芦竹生物特点的基础上,分析了其作为能源植物的植物学、生态学特点、经济价值及其开发潜力,对比国内外研究现状,为进一步利用芦竹和花叶芦竹作为能源植物、开发能源草业提供了理论依据。并且通过具体对比分析芦竹与花叶芦竹在盐胁迫、热胁迫和干旱胁迫下的生长情况,各项生理指标(叶片含水量、膜相对透性、叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量、植物生物量的测定),和种植前后对土壤环境指标的测定,比较出一种较为优秀抗逆植物,以便日后可以继续推广植物能源,为此提供参考依据。19489

Physiological characteristics of giant reed (Arundodonax)comparison with Mosaic bamboo reed(Arundodonax L.cv.“Variegata”)
Abstract: Using perennial grasses to develop the reproducible energy resources is a new direction of energy industry in consideration of environment protection and exhaustion of fossil fuel.This topic through a large number of experiments and analysis, based on the introduction to the biological characters of Arundodonaxand Arundodonax L.cv.“Variegata”, comparing with domestic and foreign present research situation, their physiological characteristics, economic value and potentiality as energy forage were analyzed for the further use of Arundodonaxand Arundodonax L.cv.“Variegata” as an energy plant provides theory basis for energy prataculture.
And through the concrete analysis of giant reed and Mosaic bamboo reed growth condition and the physiological indexes of salt stress, thermal stress and drought stress (leaf water content ,membrane relative permeability, leaf soluble protein content and the determination of plant biomass), and for the determination of soil environmental indicators before and after planting, is a kind of more excellent art plants, so that can continue to promote energy plants in the future, and provide a reference basis for it.
