摘  要：为推动大学生体育选项课的改革，使高校公共体育选项课更适应时代的要求。本文通过文献资料法、数据分析法、访谈法，对师范学院体育选项课现状进行调查。研究结果表明：师范学院网上体育选项课的可选项目不够全面，项目限定人数少，选课时间太过集中、时间短，且不能充分体现学生的意愿；开设项目单调；忽略了从学生的兴趣爱好和自身的素质方面开展体育选项课；教师师资分布不均，部分项目的教师人员不足，教师教学技能需要进一步的提高；体育场地器材资源与文护不足，不能很好地满足教学的需要。提出了重视体育选项课网上选课方式的合理化；加大教学科目的创新；体育设施的配置应该更加完善；重视学生的主体性。为师范学院体育选项课改革提供理论参考。28766

Survey of  Normal University sports option class
Abstract: In order to promote the reform of college sports elective courses, the elective courses in Colleges and universities public sports more adapt to the requirements of the times. This article through the literature method, data analysis method, interview method, investigation of the present situation of the sports elective course in  Normal University. The results show that: the optional sports elective course of  Normal University online is not comprehensive enough to limit the number of items, less time, course is too concentrated, short time, and can not fully reflect the students' willingness to open the project; monotone; ignoring the hobby from students' interest and their own quality to carry out sports elective course; teachers are unevenly distributed, part of the project of teachers lack of staff, teachers' teaching skills need to be further improved; lack of sports equipment resources and maintenance, can not meet the needs of teaching. Put forward reasonable attention to sports elective courses online course teaching mode; innovative subjects; sports facilities should be more perfect; attention to the subjectivity of students. Provide a theoretical reference for the reform of physical elective course in  Normal University.

师范学院体育选项课开展现状调查
引言
体育选项课是学校根据本校具体情况,开设一定数量的体育教学项目。 主要是通过教师组织教学，使学生系统地掌握该项目的基本知识 、 技术 、 技能；养成独立锻炼的习惯；并科学的掌握锻炼身体方法，使学生的身心健康得到全面和谐发展，为终身体育思想的形成打下基础。
大学生体育选项课是指普通高校大学生必修的公共体育选项课，不包括体育院校和综合大学体育专业院系大学生的体育专修课程。但由于学生的性格和身体自身先天条件的影响，造成他们在选课时对各方面的信息很难做到全面的权衡和判断，同时他们在选课时很少能够得到专业人士的咨询和指导，加之学校领导和体育教师对体育选项课的重视程度不够，使得一部分学生在选择体育选项课时出现盲目与失误。本次研究通过对师范学院大学体育选项课，选课根源上存在的问题进行深入细致的调查和分析，意在向师范学院相关部门提出建议，为推动师范学院体育选项课的改革提供理论和实践依据，使师范学院的公共体育选项课的开展，更适应时代的要求，同时能让学生通过体育选项课的学习，真正达到体育教学纲要规定的运动参与、运动技能目、身体健康、心理健康及社会适应的目标。 大学体育选项课开展现状调查:http://www.751com.cn/tiyu/lunwen_23740.html
