摘 要： 随着经济的发展, 人民生活水平的提高, 人们逐步意识到健康的重要性, 不再满足于自身单独的锻炼方式, 也不再盲目追求身材, 而是更注重锻炼的效果, 在保证健康的基础上减轻体重、改善形体已成为现在人们的健身观念。当今, 许多人都希望能够拥有为自己的身体量身定做的私人健身空间, 一种有组织的、有目的的, 有专业教练指导的健身。因此, 私人教练随之兴起。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、调查访问和数理统计等方法，对淮安市区8所健身俱乐部的部分经营者、私人教练和会员进行了调查和分析，为淮安市区私人教练行业的发展提出了意见,也为当地高校体育专业学生的就业提供建议。67377
