摘要：本文主要采用访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对淮阳县体育课程开展现状进行调查分析，调查结果显示：淮阳县初中除九年级外其他年级每周开设体育课节数达到基本标准；城乡中学体育场地设施发展不平衡，乡镇场地器材设施严重不足；乡镇中学专职体育教师配备数量严重匮乏，在已有的专职体育教师中，教师学历远达不到规定要求，体育教师职称普遍偏低，无高级职称；学校体育课程的开设项目单一，不能满足学生多样化的兴趣爱好；教师采用的教学方法简单陈旧，无法营造良好的课堂氛围，不能充分调动学生的积极性，发挥学生的主动性；学校对体育课程及体育教师重视不足。针对以上问题，本文提出了自己的意见和建议，为淮阳县初中体育课程的有效开展提供理论参考。29233

To solve above problems, this paper put forward its own opinion and the suggestion, for the effective development of huaiyang county junior high school physical education curriculum to provide theoretical reference.
