摘要：本文通过对周口市健身俱乐部经营环境现状分析，了解周口市健身俱乐部发展现状，对促进周口市体育健身产业发展、满足人们体育健身锻炼的需要，推动周口市健身产业市场发展等具有重要意义。本文采用文献资料、访谈、实地考察法等方法，对目前周口市751家健身俱乐部经营环境现状进行分析，得出结论：周口市健身俱乐部经营硬件环境因地理位置、投资规模不同而有所差异，周口市健身俱乐部经营软件环境上表现为教练员水平参差不齐，健身项目雷同且缺乏特色。针对以上结论存在的问题提出相应的建议，同时也为周口市健身俱乐部的发展提供理论参考。40487

引言
改革开放以来，随着我国国民经济快速发展,大众生活水平逐渐提高,消费理念向多元化态势发展,人们的健康理念也在不断提升，在体育健身消费上的支出越来越多，体育健身已经成为人们的一种生活习惯。近几年来，随着周口市市场经济不断发展，居民健身需求不断上升，周口市涌现了一批健身俱乐部，并得到快速而又全面的发展。健身俱乐部的宗旨是在追求经济收益的条件下，满足人们的体育健身需求,同时并促进人民群众的精神文明建设。健身俱乐部经营环境的好坏直接关系着俱乐部经营效益,本文通过对周口市健身俱乐部经营环境中的硬件环境( 场地、器材) 和软件环境( 教练员、健身项目)相关的研究,并对周口市健身俱乐部经营环境上产生的问题提出一些理论上的建议，以望能为以后周口市健身俱乐部经营环境的发展上提供一些参考。
