摘  要：从全面认识田径运动的本质与内涵入手，分析当今大学体育专业学生选择田径专项的具体原因，并提出了田径运动在大学体育全面实施健康教育中占有十分重要的地位与作用，与其它项目比较，具有无可替代的优越性。如今田径运动不仅在中小学运用的比较广泛，大学更是如此，作为体育专业的学生应该更加注重技能的掌握和健康，本文对讨题的研究采用了问卷调查的方法，重点研究了大学体育专业学生选择田径专项的现状，指出为了更好的适应大学体育教学，今后对体育专项田径课程改良的有效途径和正确方向，提出为了田径课程更好地适应当前学校体育教育的建议，改革大学体育专业田径课程教学模式的具体内容及措施，以进一步巩固田径课程在大学中的核心地位。56518

Abstract: From the hands of the essence and connotation of a comprehensive understanding of track and field sports, analysis of the current university sports specialized students choose the specific reasons for the track and field, and put forward the athletics sports in University full implementation of health education occupies a very important position and role, compared with other projects, has the irreplaceable superiority.

      Now the track and field sports not only in the use of primary and secondary schools is relatively wide, University is even more so, as the students should pay more attention to skills and health, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation to research topics，focusing on the university sports specialized students choose of track and field, points out that in order to adapt to the university sports teaching better the effective way of course, the future of sports special field improved and correct direction, in order to better adapt to the physical education curriculum of track and field current school recommendation， the specific contents and measures to reform the teaching mode of university sports professional track and field courses, to further consolidate the core status in the track and field courses in university.

1 前言
