摘要：排球运动是一项集竞技、娱乐、健身于一体，它不仅可以强身健体还可以增加团队合作精神,具有较高锻炼价值的运动项目，所以排球运动在中学校园里开展对增进学生健康和实施学校素质教育具有重要的意义。本文运用到数理统计法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究的方法，对淮安市区中学排球运动发展状况进行调查研究，通过对研究结果分析，找到了影响淮安市中学排球运动发展的因素。发现淮安市中学排球教师、场地器材、开设课程、领导重视度等现状都不尽人意，在调查淮安市区中学排球运动开展现状的基础上，从多角度分析了各因素之间的关系,提出了相应的发展策略,为淮安市中学排球运动的发展提供相应的对策。57565

Abstract： Volleyball is a collection of athletics, entertainment and fitness at an organic whole, have higher exercise value of sports, so the volleyball movement in junior high school campus to improve students' health and implementation of school quality education has an important significance. But in recent years development of huai 'an city middle school volleyball movement in unsatisfactory condition. This paper USES the mathematical statistics method, literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey research methods, such as, investigating on key middle school volleyball movement situation of the research, and analysis of research conclusion, find the influence factors on junior middle school volleyball movement. Through on the investigation of present situation of middle school volleyball, from multiple perspectives to analyze the relationship between various factors, put forward the corresponding development strategy, to huaian middle school volleyball movement development provides the corresponding countermeasures.

1 前言
近年来,随着社会的多元化发展,经济、文化程度的快速提高,体育运动的需求也相应提高。其中排球运动也成为中学生欢迎程度最广泛的运动项目之一,也正因如此排球运动正以其独特的魅力吸引着广大中学生。上世纪80年代中国女排取得了“五连冠”的骄人战绩，教育和鼓舞了一代人，促使了校园排球热不断涌现，这对排球运动的发展和培养后备人才打下了坚实的基础 。但是，从雅典奥运会之后，我国排球就开始走下坡路。相对于篮球和足球而言，作为三大球之一的排球发展则是相形见绌，校园排球活动也逐年降温。为了了解排球运动在中学的开展状况，本文对淮安市5所中学排球开展状况进行调查研究与分析，并且对影响因素提出改善意见与建议，力图为排球运动的更好发展出谋划策。 淮安市区中学排球运动的发展现状调查与研究:http://www.751com.cn/tiyu/lunwen_62334.html
