摘  要：健美操作为一项时尚的健身运动，因为独特的健身功效得到了越来越多人的喜爱，并逐步融入到高校课堂之中，成为一项深受大学生喜爱的体育教学内容之一。通过问卷调查法、观察法、访谈法等方法，对淮阴师范学院健美操教学现状的进行观察，发现了很多学生对健美操的认识不够，健美操课教学形式单一等诸多因素，导致学生学习健美操的兴趣减少。针对这些问题，通过调整教学模式，改善学习气氛和教学条件，丰富教学内容等方法和途径来培养学生学习健美操的兴趣，来提高健美操教学的质量，达到越来越多的学生喜欢上健美操。65664

Abstract: aerobics fitness as a fashion, because of its unique fitness effect has been more and more people love, and gradually into the university classroom, become a one of the physical education teaching contents is popular with college students. Through the observation of the huaiyin normal college aerobics teaching present situation, discovered many students not enough understanding of aerobics, aerobics teaching form a single, and many other factors, lead to students' interest in learning calisthenics is decreasing. To solve these problems, by adjusting the teaching mode, improve the learning atmosphere and teaching conditions, enrich the teaching content and so on ways and means to cultivate students' interest in learning calisthenics, to improve the quality of aerobics teaching, to achieve more and more students like aerobics.
