淮安市健身俱乐部的调查与分析

摘 要:健身俱乐部,是指经营者把健身房(俱乐部) 作为一个经营实体,以盈利为目的,以健身娱乐设施为活动手段,面向大众提供休闲、娱乐和健身服务的企业。商业健身俱乐部是全民健身服务体系中一个重要组成部分,也是体育产业发展的一个重要组成部分,对扩大健身人群、增加社会就业都有着积极的作用。本文运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数据统计法等研究方法对淮安市健身俱乐部发展现状进行调查 并进行整理分析,对淮安地区的健身群体和体育消费现状进行相关的分析和总结, 研究表明,淮安市健身俱乐部没有对消费者进行合理定位,建立健身相关制度加以规范,健身经营者需要从自身出发找出问题所在,完善管理系统,加大经营范围,增加服务项目,构建有自己本土特色的健身俱乐部管理方法,以人为本,把优质服务作为俱乐部发展最终目标。66812

Abstract: Fitness club, refers to the gym (Club) as a business entity, for the purpose of profit, the fitness and entertainment facilities foractivities, for the public to provide leisure, entertainment and fitness services. Commercial Fitness Club is an important part of the national fitness service system, but also an important part of the development of sports industry, to expand the fitness crowd, increase social employment have a positive effect. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, data statistics and other research methods to investigate the current situation of the development of fitness clubs in Huaian city is analyzed, on the fitness of population in Huaian area and the current situation of sports consumption are analyzed and summarized, the research shows that, Huaian City fitness club not carries on the reasonable localization to the consumers, the establishment of fitness related regulations, operators need to find out the problem of fitness starting from their own, improve the management system, increase the scope of business, increase the service project, construction of fitness club management method, has its own local characteristics of people-oriented, the high-quality service as the ultimate goal of the development of the club.
