淮安市中小学课外体育活动现状调查与对策研究

摘要：本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等对淮阴区中小学课外体育活动开展情况进行调查。从调查结果显示淮阴区中小学课外体育活动开展状况不容乐观。应提高学校领导的重视程度；加大课外体育活动经费的投入，完善场地器材建设；加强课外体育活动的组织与管理，加强安全保障与医务监督工作；加强体育教师队伍建设，提高体育教师的专业素质；提高课外体育活动开展的宣传，提高广大师生参与的主动性。66851

Abstract: This article through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and so on, Huaiyin District primary and secondary school extracurricular sports activities were carried out investigation. From the survey results show that the situation is not optimistic of extracurricular sports activities of primary and middle schools in Huaiyin district. We should improve the importance of school leadership;extracurricular sports activities increase the funds investment, improve the construction of venues and equipment; to strengthen the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities, strengthen security and medical supervision work; strengthen teachers team construction, improve the professional quality of physical education teachers; improve the extracurricular sports propaganda, to improve the initiative of teachers and students participate in the.

1 前言

《教育部关于落实保证中小学生每天体育活动时间的意见》(2005)、《学校体育工作条例》明文规定：“普通中小学校、农业中学、职业中学中每天应安排课间操，课外体育活动每周至少安排三次，保证学生每天有一小时体育活幼时间(含体育课) [1]”；《全民健身计划纲要》(1995)也强调要“学生每天必须参加一小时的体育活动”；这些规定始终得不到真正落实，有些地方教育部门和学校“健康第一”的教育思想观念十分淡薄，过分重视升学率，忽视对学生全面培养；学校挪用课外体育活动时间的现象很普遍，造成许多中小学校缺乏体育文化氛围，许多学生缺乏体育锻炼的习惯、时间和空间。论文网淮安市中小学课外体育活动现状调查与对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/tiyu/lunwen_74896.html
