摘要:少年儿童是祖国的花朵,但面对“应试教育”的模式下,家长过分关注分数,导致学生的体质健康逐步下降,学校体质健康测试的开展通过数据可以让学校、家长进一步了解学生的身体发展情况,为了分析出我所实习学校三至五年级学生的体质健康状况,采用荆溪小学三至五年级学生数据,以2014年与2013年共300名学生的体质测试数据来进行对比。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,结果显示,宜兴市荆溪小学学生身体形态发育指标呈上升趋势,但肥胖率较高,特别是男生的肥胖率尤为突出,营养不良率有所增长,女生营养不良率超过男生。荆溪小学体育教学中,还是存在着运动量偏小,体育课课时不够,教学内容单一等问题,根据发现的问题我提出了总的结论1.三至五年级学生在2013年与2013年数据相比在身高没有多大差异,但是体重却在增长。2.随着生活改善,学生的营养水平不断提高,学生的体重不断上升,但是2014年学生的肺活量却明显低于2013年学生。3.2014年三至五年级的各项指数中除了个别指标外其他均高于2013年的学生,所以2014年大课间改革有一定成效。66982

1.前言
