摘要：本论文研究目的在于探究扬州市宝应县画川高级中学开办太极拳特色学校的可行性。太极拳是我国体育文化遗产之一，是经过实践证明的一种符合生理和体育原理的健身运动。它具有增强体质、防病治病的价值。它的特点在于意识、呼吸、动作三者密切结合，沉静缓慢、柔和圆活、匀速连贯，其演练过程细致而松静，舒展而严紧。如果得以在青少年中普及和推广，将更有利于调动广大青少年学生学习民族传统体育的情绪和积极性，培养学生终身体育锻炼的意识。当前，全民健身运动风起云涌，社区体育蓬勃发展。太极拳作为我国民族传统体育的重要组成部分，但是，太极拳运动在我国青少年中的实施现状与前景不容乐观，认同率较低。而作为我国民族文化的产物传统体育项目的太极拳，对青少年进行民族文化的教育以及培养青少年爱国zhuyi精神和优良品德是值得肯定的文化教材。 70247

本文通过文献资料分析、调查问卷、数理统计等研究方法，从弘扬和发展太极拳运动为立足点，目前该校开办太极拳运动的可行性及现状进行深入分析，调查影响该校太极拳特色开办的主客观因素。阐述结合该校开展太极拳运动的重大意义和必要性，提出在该校普及太极拳运动的应对措施。为引起广大体育同人和青少年对太极拳运动的关注与重视，且按照教育办“一校一品一特色” 的要求，结合学校的实际和地域特点，充分挖掘太极拳的价值功能，使素质教育的稳步实施提供理论价值参考。最终研究结果：画川高级中学开办太极拳特色学校是可行的。

Abstract:The objective of the study is to explore the feasibility of Huachuan in Baoying County of Yangzhou city high school opened Taijiquan characteristic school. Taijiquan is one of the sports cultural heritage in our country, and it is a kind of physical fitness and sports. It has the value of strengthening the Constitution and preventing and treating diseases. Its characteristic lies in the awareness, breathing and movements are closely integrated, slow calm, soft and flexible, uniform coherent, its training process detailed and Jing Song, and stretch tight. If we can popularize and promote in teenagers, it will be more conducive to mobilize the majority of young students to learn the national traditional sports of the mood and enthusiasm, cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical exercise. At present, the national fitness movement vigorous development of community sports raging like a storm. Taijiquan is an important part of traditional Chinese national sports. However, the present situation and Prospect of Taijiquan movement in our country is not optimistic, and the recognition rate is low. As the product of our national culture, the traditional sports of Tai Chi, the youth of the education of national culture and the cultivation of youth patriotism and good moral character is worthy of recognition of the cultural teaching materials.  

The through the literature analysis, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from and carry forward the development of Tai Chi exercise as the starting point, at present the school run Taijiquan feasibility and present situation of in-depth analysis, to investigate the effects of Taijiquan characteristics of the school run by the subjective and objective factors. This paper expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out Taijiquan in the school, and puts forward the countermeasures to popularize Taijiquan movement in the school. Caused the majority of sports fan and adolescents on Taijiquan concern and attention, and according to the Education Office "one school, one product, one characteristic of requirements, combined with the practice and the geographical features of the school, to fully tap the value of the function of Taijiquan, the steady implementation of the quality education and provides theoretical reference value.
