摘要牛奶场每天需要灌装大量的牛奶, 牛奶瓶的清洁与否直接影响广大顾客的身体健康。实现牛奶瓶的残留物自动检测对提高牛奶生产的自动化和保障人民的生命安全具有重要的意义。
本文以牛奶瓶自动检测系统中的检测算法展开了研究工作。本毕设详细分析了牛奶瓶瓶的外形特征，牛奶瓶中光线传播的特性和成像的方法,本文详细地分析了基于Hough变换的圆形目标检测方法,研究了牛奶瓶瓶口和瓶底的定位方法。经过图像分割和形态学滤波的预处理后,研究了用切向差分法实现对瓶口破损的检测，用检测边缘点方法和对称区域匹配度识别的算法，实现了对牛奶瓶瓶底污损的检测。本文的实验结果证明了本文研究并所采用的方法还是比较理想的。19218

Title Research on auto-detection technology for residue of milk bottle
Abstract
Milk factory need to fill a lot of milk one day, Cleaning milk bottle directly affect important significance for improving the automation and ensuring people's life safety .this thesis carefully analyzed the model of brokenness and dirtiness,the exterior characteristics and the light transmission characteristics of milk bottles;studied and implemented one interpolation method to extend a circular region to rectangle: investigated and adopted one image enhancement method to recorrect the uneven illumination;proposed one method based on connectivity analysis to detect the broken occurred on bottle's outer wall;modified the Hough transform for circle to make a fast bottle locating:implemented one method based on projection to detect brokenness and dirtiness after the original image segmented and morphological filtered.
Many experiments had made to testify the validity of methods proposed in this thesis.

1.1问题的提出
优质的牛奶对于提高人们的身体素质具有很大的作用。牛奶场每天需要灌装大量的牛奶, 牛奶瓶的清洁与否直接影响广大顾客的身体健康。实现牛奶瓶的残留物自动检测对提高牛奶生产的自动化和保障人民的生命安全具有重要的意义。
国内一些中小牛奶厂企业主要还是沿用的人工灯光 目 视 检 测 法来检测牛 奶瓶。此种检测效率不是很高 ,人在检测的过程中不会像机器那样，容易产生疲劳 ,确实不能保证牛奶瓶检测的准确性可靠性 。另外对于牛奶瓶的两个重要部位，瓶口和瓶底,人工灯光源检测是不行的,这回导致一部分有残留物和开裂的牛奶瓶通过检测，流入到市场当中,不仅是对企业造成损失，跟给人民的健康带来危害。由于越来越多的自动化牛奶灌装生产线的大量投用,自动化生产线上许多工作已经基本上不能靠人工来完成,必须要采用自动检测系统来完成,所以说，研究自动牛奶瓶残留物检测技术对于目前国内的情况来说来说十分重要。 Hough牛奶瓶残留物自动检测技术研究:http://www.751com.cn/tongxin/lunwen_10497.html
