摘要:本文以记忆海绵为研究对象,对其进行醇解研究,从中分离出聚合物多元醇。通过改变醇解剂的种类,改变温度,改变醇解剂与记忆海绵的质量比,改变反应时间,系统地对记忆海绵进行醇解,对醇解产物进行分离,并对上层分离出来的聚氨酯多元醇进行分析,并通过测定醇解产物的氨值、酸值、羟值、粘度等,筛选出醇解记忆海绵的最佳条件。傅里叶红外光谱实验表明,记忆海绵的醇解产物为聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)。测定醇解产物的羟值和粘度的实验表明,记忆海绵的最佳醇解时间为4h,最佳醇解温度为200℃,记忆海绵与醇解剂的最佳比例为1:1。实验表明,1,4-丁二醇对记忆海绵的醇解效果更好,且加入助醇解剂能够加快醇解反应速率,减少反应时间。4361

The Structure of Evaluation System on Polyurethane Alcoholysis Product
Abstract:In this paper, the article studied memory foam, and recycled polyol from it by glycolysis.By changing the types of alcoholysis agents,changing the glycolysis temperature, changing the ratio of alcoholysis agents and memory foam, the article studied systematically the glycolysis of memory foam, separated the glycolysis product, and analysis the polyol in the upper layer,filtered out the optimal conditions by measuring the ammonia value, acid value, hydroxyl value, viscosity of alcoholysis product , etc.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) experiment shows that the raw materials for memory foam are polyether alcohol and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It is showed that the best optimal alcohol solution time is 4h, , the best optimal alcohol solution emperature is 200 ℃, the best ratio of memory foam and alcoholysis agent is 1:1 through the determination of hydroxyl value and viscosity of alcoholysis product. Experimental results show that the effect of 1, 4 - butanediol on memory sponge alcoholysis is better, and join the alcoholysis aid can accelerate the alcoholysis reaction rate, thus can reduce the reaction time.
