    摘要:为了改善聚氨酯(PU)的力、热学等性能,可通过添加扩链剂来使分子链扩散延长。在本论文中,以聚醚多元醇(307)、聚醚多元醇(NJ330N)、二乙二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、各种扩链剂为原料,采用一步法合成PU。然后浇注成样品,并对其进行了一系列力学性能、热学性能测试。在本次实验中,使用了四种不同的扩链剂对聚氨酯进行改性,分别为3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA),1,3,5三羟乙基异氰脲酸酯(320),三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(BPA)。61775

    研究结果表明,随着扩链剂的含量的增加,PU的拉伸强度的趋势是先增大后减小。添加扩链剂MOCA的PU的拉伸强度大于添加扩链剂BPA的PU。添加扩链剂TMP的PU的拉伸强度大于添加扩链剂320的PU。随着扩链剂含量的增加,PU的断裂伸长率的趋势是逐渐减小。添加扩链剂BPA的PU的断裂伸长率大于添加扩链剂MOCA的PU。添加扩链剂320的PU的断裂伸长率大于添加扩链剂TMP的PU;随着扩链剂含量的增加,PU的热变形温度逐步上升。添加扩链剂MOCA的PU的热变形温度高于添加扩链剂BPA的PU。添加TMP的PU的热变形温度高于添加扩链剂320的PU。添加10克四种扩链剂MOCA,BPA,320,TMP的聚氨酯的玻璃化转变温度分别为45.5℃,39.2℃,42.3℃,47.5℃。

    Different functionality alcohol/amine chain extender on the performance of polyurethane influence research

    Abstract :In order to improve the polyurethane (PU) force and thermal properties by the addition of chain extender to make molecular chain diffusion extension. In this paper, based on polyether polyol (307), polyether polyol (NJ330N), diethylene glycol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), all kinds of chain extender as raw material, and then pouring into samples with one-step synthesis of PU., and a series of mechanical properties, thermal properties testing were adopted. In this experiment, the use of the four different chain extender for polyurethane were modified, respectively, 3,3 '- dichloro - M' - diamino diphenyl methane (MOCA), 1,3 , 5 Tris 2-hydroxyethyl isocyanurate urea acid ester (320), trimethylol propane (TMP), 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane (BPA). 

    The results show that the tensile strength of PU is increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of chain extension agent. The tensile strength of PU with the addition of chain extending agent BPA is larger than that of the PU with the addition of chain extending agent MOCA. The tensile strength of PU with the addition of the chain extension agent TMP was larger than that of the PU with the addition of chain chain extension agent 320. With the increasing of chain extension agent content, the elongation at break of PU is gradually decreasing. The elongation at break of PU with the addition of chain extension agent PU was larger than that of PU with the addition of chain extending agent MOCA. The elongation at break of PU with the addition of chain extending agent 320 was larger than that of PU with the addition of chain extending agent TMP; with the increase of chain extension agent content, the thermal deformation temperature of PU increased gradually. The hot deformation temperature of PU with the addition of chain chain extension agent MOCA was higher than that of PU with the addition of chain extending agent BPA. The hot deformation temperature of PU with the addition of TMP was higher than that of the PU with the addition of chain extending agent 320. Adding 10 grams of four kinds of chain extension agent BPA, MOCA, 320, TMP of the glass transition temperature of the polyurethane were 45.5℃,39.2℃,42.3℃,47.5℃.
