摘要在溶剂萃取过程中,随着萃余液循环使用,以夹带、溶解等方式流失到萃余液中的有机物会进入到生物浸出环境,从而对微生物浸矿过程产生影响。本文通过分别模拟LIX984N、 LIX84IC、LIX860N不同浓度的萃取有机相的污染过程,考察细菌、培养基不同的受染方式下嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长、在黄铜矿表面的吸附规律以及浸矿过程。结果显示,在萃取有机物污染下嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长受到抑制,随着有机相中萃取剂浓度的增加,抑制作用加强,在分别含LIX984N、LIX84IC、LIX860N的有机相不同污染方式下,嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌活性降低的趋势为(活性由大到小排序):纯培养>只有细菌受染>只有培养基受染>培养基与细菌均受染。在吸附过程中,受到有机物不同方式污染时嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌在黄铜矿表面的吸附率均高于细菌与培养基均未受污染的吸附率,随着有机物浓度的升高吸附率升高,而达到吸附平衡的时间也相应的减少。在嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸矿过程中,受到有机物的影响,使得细菌的生长速度变慢,浸矿效率变低。39430

Abstract
In the solvent extraction process, the organic matters entrained and dissolved in the raffinate impact Acidothiobacillus ferrooxidans with the raffinate recycling to bioleaching environment. Through simulating the organic pollution process of different concentrations of Lix984N , Lix84IC and Lix860N, the growth and attachment to ore surfaces of bacteria and the bioleaching of chalcopyriteunder different infected way were studied. The results showed that the growth of Acidothiobacillus ferrooxidans was inhibited by the organic matters. With the concentration of LIX agents increasing, the inhibition strengthened. The activity of Acidothiobacillus ferrooxidans in different polluted ways for three LIX agents (Lix984N, Lix84, Lix860N) reduceed as following trend: Medium and the cells of bacteria governed by transfection <only medium contaminated <only bacteria infected <the control. In the adsorption process, the adsorption ratio of the cells to the chalcopyrite surface in any contamination way of the organic matters is higher than that of bacteria in the control. With increasing of LIX agent concentration the adsorption equilibrium time correspondingly reduced. In the bioleaching process by Acidothiobacillus ferrooxidans influenced by organic matters, the growth of bacteria slowed down, the leaching efficiency becam lowe.
