    The System Analysis of Separating Technology of Traction   Mechanism and Storage Mechanism of Deep Sea Investigating Winch  Abstract Deep-sea survey winch is a special equipment of deep-sea survey instrument for launch and recovery , it plays a very important role in the CTD survey and sampling in the deep sea .Traditional survey winch can not meet the requirement of modern deep-sea research , and therefore we have more detailed requirements for winch's materials , performance and service life . The choice of reel have a major impact in the normal use of the equipment,stable operation and maintenance costs , power consumption .52529

    Winch failure often caused the downtime of the scientific research ,make the survey can not be carried out smoothly , the failure of winch reel is one of the most important factors for winch working . Therefore, winch reel reliability design, finite element analysis, failure mechanism, establish failure tree, and analyzes the characteristics of stress and strain of its modules in working conditions is very meaningful, for improvement of its structure, reducing its weight and improving the working life. This paper made a job:

    (1) By analyzing a variety of tree failure mechanisms, and various fault forms of failure analysis, fault tree diagnosis method through the use of reel bearings on the failure of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of failure, determine a variety of reel bearing failure fault form.

    (2) Through the UG to establish the geometric model of roller, and then a good geometric model will be built by ANSYS and UG into ANSYS seamless connection between the finite element analysis, output analysis, and the corresponding stress-strain analysis.

    (3) Without taking into account the temperature effect on Newton lubricant behavior is established based on the bearing line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) mathematical models. The multi-grid method of the basic principles was discussed and numerical simulation results were obtained by solving the EHL equations using the method.

     Introduction

        Deep sea investigating winch is deep-sea survey instrument use and recovery of special deck equipment. It has played an important role in the deep ocean sampling, CTD survey work.Investigation of winch usually use a single drum and the cable guiding roller way, has the advantages of simple system features in shallow investigation, can very good complete the launch and recovery work, but as the investigation depth and scope unceasing expansion, cable length is also more and more.At present, the maximum length of more than 1000m, lower the instrument after cable and the weight of the instrument will make the steel cable tension, leading to cable cable reel not in uniform, often stop working to adjust cable position not only reduces the work efficiency, and the cables between the friction and extrusion, will aggravate the rope wear, shorten the service life, so the traditional winch can not satisfy the need deep investigation on the current international DYNACON to the United States as the representative of the company made a lot of research for the traditional winch in the deep investigation of these shortcomings, made a lot of achievements, and had relatively mature products.They used a cable traction mechanism and storage mechanism of separation technology, to solve the contradiction of cable tension and cable arrangement between the cable, work in traction drum wound several times.

    1.1  Investigation of deep-sea winch

     Most of the  tension  release.The work  is  shown  in Figure1:

     Single drum winch usually use drive electric or hydraulic drive system, only one of the web, without the need for complex control, while the deep sea investigating winch structure is pided into the cable traction mechanism and storage mechanism and other parts, the system requires a control timely and precise transmission system with high degree of control of these parts coordination, the traction drum and the storage drum speed consistency between the two cables, not too loose or too tight, affect the winch work, even can damage the cable.At present the technology structure and control of traction mechanism and storage mechanism for separating type cable winch to do more research, however, due to the technical situation and abroad of such technology on domestic security and other factors, the drive and control system has no systematic and deep research on this, so the basic principle and work is introduced and analyzed simply.
